Raymond Saudi Arabia Limited (RSAL) was established in 1976 as a Saudi American construction partnership. The company was formed as a subsidiary of Raymond International Builders, USA, who were incorporated in 1892 and became the world's leader in offshore/onshore reinforced concrete installations, piling, Heavy Construction and Pipelining Servieces.

The Company is now wholly Saudi owned as part of the A.H. Al-Gosaibi & Bros. Group with the Head Office located in Al-Khobar (refer to location map).

RSAL operations are divided into two divisions:

Pipeline and Construction activities can be performed at all locations within the Kingdom. A dedicated Pipeline Services Terminal is maintained in the Eastern Province ( refer to location map).

RSAL provides services to the pipeline and construction sectors including engineering, design, procurement, fabrication, installation, rehabilitation, testing commissioning, monitoring and project management.
