Pipelines indicating signs of corrosion can be rehabilitated by the installation of a cured in place pipe. This type of installation is particular suitable for lines where man access is not possible or safe.

A felt liner is impregnated with resin. It is then inverted through the pipe using water hydraulics. The liner is pushed through the pipe and inflates to create a close fit lining against the host pipe.

When completely inverted the resin is cured by heating the inversion water or by ambient cure.

The resultant lining is a structurally sound cured in place pipe which enhances the hydraulic flow and extends the life of the pipeline.
